Hello, it’s great to have you! I’m Zachary L. Engram, the owner here at Z’LEA Traxx. If you are seeking an inspiring online environment where you can learn about various aspects of music production like recording, mixing, mastering, and beat production to name a few then welcome to my official blog! Hopefully you will stick with me and come to feel right at home here. Doing my very best, I will attempt to use the things that I have learned over the years as a musician, engineer, and producer to help you on your journey. Well, let’s get on into it.

Ya see, this blog was brought forth out of a strong unction in my gut inseparable from my passion for people and music. Deep down on the inside, I have always desired to have a positive impact on people including musicians and artists of all types. For years I seemed to have had the idea of starting a blog, but I just sensed the time wasn’t right. Then one day it came to me as clear as day that “now is the time”. I reasoned in my heart and mind because I thought I needed a super long track record of huge accomplishments in the industry to come forth, but I was wrong. After encouraging others to go forth in faith, I finally ate a piece of that word and decided to step out to just do it!

After years of study and application I have learned that producing music is not for everyone, for real! On a genuine note, people who really want to be their best want you to keep it “100” wit em…. So, in the best way that I can…..Imma keep it real wit chu! The internet can be an extremely confusing place when it comes to learning how to do things in music production. Very vague explanations are often given that can leave you feeling hopeless during your attempt to grow. You are not alone! Many others identify with the same hunger and struggle to learn yet continue to grow while conquering life’s many obstacles, myself included. I attempt to take the simplest approach that I possibly can to explain various production techniques and audio issues in a way that is practical.

Upon close inspection, as time progresses in this world, I have observed how an ever increasing population of people seems to be awakening to the spirituality of music. Yet at the same exact time, these have become light sensitive and desensitized to life period! Among these are many people who tend to underestimate the power of music shunning the very presentation that music even has any power. Therefore, within the content of the blog I share many of the spiritual things that I have learned about music as well. These are essential to mankind, especially each artist no matter what the craft! If you do not understand what this now, you will with time. One thing is for certain, whether you are a producer with a home studio, a musician, seasoned songwriter, audio engineer, well established, or just beginning there is something here for you to help along the way!
